Terms and Conditions

 

Welcome to SparkBalloons By booking services, purchasing products, or submitting payment with SparkBalloons, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are designed to protect both the client and our business while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.

1. Booking & Payments

  • A non-refundable retainer/deposit is required to secure your event date. 
  • Dates are not reserved until the deposit has been received. 
  • Final payment must be completed no later than 7 days before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing. 
  • Last-minute bookings may require full payment upfront. 
  • Accepted payment methods include Zelle, Venmo, credit/debit card, or other approved payment methods. 

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All payments made to SparkBalloons are non-refundable. 
  • If a client cancels an event, payments already made will be retained due to reserved scheduling, materials purchased, and preparation time. 
  • Rescheduling requests may be considered if notice is provided at least 3 days prior to the event date and subject to availability. 
  • Approved rescheduled events must take place within 90 days of the original event date. 
  • Failure to communicate cancellation or rescheduling requests within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of all payments. 

3. Delivery & Setup

  • Delivery and installation fees vary based on event location, setup complexity, mileage, stairs, parking, and timing. 
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring the venue is accessible during the agreed setup window. 
  • Delays caused by venue restrictions, lack of access, or incorrect event information may result in additional fees. 
  • SparkBalloons is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, venue restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control. 

4. Balloon Care & Outdoor Installations

Balloons are delicate and may react to weather and environmental conditions.

The client understands that:

  • Outdoor installations are subject to heat, wind, rain, humidity, and sunlight exposure. 
  • Spark Balloons cannot guarantee balloon longevity outdoors. 
  • Extreme temperatures in Texas and Georgia may affect balloon appearance and durability. 
  • Once setup is completed and accepted by the client, Spark Balloons is not liable for popped balloons, weather damage, or damage caused by guests, children, pets, or venue staff. 

5. Rentals & Damage

  • Any rental items provided by SparkBalloons (stands, frames, backdrops, props, etc.) remain the property of SparkBalloons. 
  • Rental items must be returned in the same condition they were delivered. 
  • Clients are responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged rental items. 
  • Damage fees may apply. 

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate event details including address, setup time, contact information, and venue requirements. 
  • Obtain any venue permissions necessary for balloon installations. 
  • Ensure a safe and suitable setup area is available upon arrival. 

7. Photography & Marketing

SparkBalloons reserves the right to photograph completed installations and use images/videos for marketing, social media, website content, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing by the client prior to the event.

8. Weather & Force Majeure

SparkBalloons is not responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather 
  • Natural disasters 
  • Venue closures 
  • Traffic accidents 
  • Illness 
  • Power outages 
  • Government restrictions 

In these situations, rescheduling options may be offered when possible.

9. Service Areas

SparkBalloons proudly serves clients throughout Texas and Georgia. Travel fees may apply depending on the event location.

10. Agreement

By submitting payment, signing a proposal, or booking services with Spark Balloons, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Return and Refund Policy

 

At SparkBalloons, we take pride in creating custom balloon décor and event installations for every client. Due to the personalized nature of our products and services, the following Return & Refund Policy applies to all bookings and purchases.


Custom Decor & Balloon Services

All balloon installations, garlands, backdrops, and custom event décor are made specifically for each client and event date. Because of this:

  • All sales are final. 
  • No refunds will be issued once payment has been made. 
  • Deposits and retainers are non-refundable. 

Cancellations

If a client chooses to cancel an order or event:

  • Payments already made will be retained to cover scheduling, labor, preparation time, and materials purchased for the event. 
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours (3 days) of the event are not eligible for credits or rescheduling. 


Rescheduling Policy

SparkBalloons understands that unexpected situations may arise.

  • Rescheduling requests may be approved if notice is provided at least 3 days before the event date. 
  • All rescheduling requests are subject to availability. 
  • Approved rescheduled events must be completed within 90 days of the original event date. 
  • Rescheduling fees may apply depending on the changes requested. 


Outdoor Installations & Balloon Longevity

Balloons are sensitive to weather and environmental conditions, especially in Texas and Georgia climates.

SparkBalloons is not responsible for:

  • Balloons popping due to heat, wind, rain, sunlight, humidity, or cold temperatures 
  • Damage caused by children, guests, pets, or venue staff 
  • Balloon oxidation or natural deflation over time 
  • Installations moved or altered after setup is completed 

Once the setup has been completed and accepted by the client, responsibility transfers to the client.


Incorrect Information

Spark Balloons is not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Incorrect delivery addresses 
  • Wrong event times 
  • Inaccessible venues 
  • Missing venue permissions 
  • Delayed access to the setup area 

Additional fees may apply if setup is delayed or requires extra labor.



Rental Items

Any rental items provided by Spark Balloons including stands, backdrops, frames, props, or specialty equipment remain the property of Spark Balloons.

Clients may be charged for:

  • Missing rental items 
  • Damaged items 
  • Excessive wear and tear 
  • Late returns 

Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order, clients must contact Spar Balloons within 24 hours of the event date with photos and a description of the concern so we can review the matter.
